Instrumental Transcommunication (ITC)

Electronic Voice Phenomenon is a form of Instrumental Transcommunication (ITC). ITC is an umbrella term that refers to a wider field of spirit communication using any kind of electrical instrument that isn't just limited to voices.

The term "instrumental transcommunication" was coined in the 1970s by Prof. Ernst Senkowski, a scientist with a background in experimental physics who went on to conduct experiments to try to find out the source of unexplained voices on audio tapes.

The term ITC isn't limited to audio devices. It encompasses any communication between the living and spirits or any other supernatural entity through any electronic device. This can be anything from tape recorders to computers, and in more recent years, ghost hunting gadgets and smartphone apps.
