The key to successfully staffing an event is assigning the right person to the right job. Be crystal clear about who is qualified to set up the event, run the event, and pack up when the event is done. The best approach to staffing is to prepare a list of activities from your plan and assign each of these activities to the most qualified person.

Of course, when it comes to paranormal events, the more experience the staff members have with ghost hunting, the better, as this will allow them to inject their own personality and experience into the event.
