There are two schools of thought when it comes to doing background research on a location before you visit and investigate it: should you do your research upfront or not?�Some believe that it is better to go in with no knowledge at all. This means that if you uncover a name, date, or other significant piece of information during your investigation, you know that you haven't been influenced by information you've already read about the location.�Others, often those who are less spiritual or don't include séances in their investigations, prefer to find out as much as possible about the property and its alleged hauntings.
