By using this website, entering your name or other information on this website, by registering as a member of this website, or by using any of the services provided by Paralearning you accept the terms of business set out on this page. This Agreement is made between Paralearning ("we", "us", "our") and "you", the "user".
Our services are provided solely for your personal and private use. Our content must not be used for any other purpose without our express written permission, this includes but is not limited to, text, logos, images and multimedia content.
Privacy and Personal Data

Use of Course Materials
All content provided by us, including but not limited to course materials, videos, articles, quizzes, assignments, and downloadable resources, remains our intellectual property. This content is protected under UK and international copyright laws.
You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, content, software, products, or services obtained from this website without prior written consent from us.
The resale, redistribution, or public display of any course material is strictly prohibited without the express permission. This includes but is not limited to sharing login credentials, downloading content to distribute, or selling any material to third parties.
All course materials and content provided are intended for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to share your access credentials or allow others to access your account.
Enforcement of Copyright
We reserves the right to take legal action against any unauthorised use of its content. This includes but is not limited to issuing cease and desist notices, seeking damages through litigation, and any other legal remedies available under copyright law.
Payments
We use third party payment providers to process payments made for our services, including PayPal, which allows payment to be made via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Pay by Mobile, and Maestro. These payment methods are subject to change at our discretion and the discretion of the third party payment provider.
By making a payment for our services, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method selected, and you authorise our designated payment processor to charge the full amount to the payment source you have identified for the transaction.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.
We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of the processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation message on screen and via email. Please note that we cannot guarantee email delivery.
Refund Policy
We hope that you will enjoy our courses, but if you're not completely satisfied we will be happy to offer you refund provided the course hasn't been completed or a certificate posted. Requests for refunds should be made within a reasonable time since purchase (seven days). We are unable to process refunds after 30 days of the purchase date.
Refunds are issued at our own discretion and we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if a substantial portion of the course has been completed, positive feedback has been left, or we have incurred any significant costs relating to providing a service to you. Our costs include, but are not limited to, server and bandwidth cost, printing and postage costs, and the cost of human resource required to administer your account.
Discounts and Promotions
From time to time we may run promotional offers or offer discount via a voucher code. We reserve the right to cancel these promotions and withdraw voucher codes at any time without prior notice. Discount vouchers and promotions can be used to purchase an unlimited number of single courses. Vouchers cannot be used when purchasing already discounted packages, such as bulk course deals or multi-buys.
Registration and Security
Certain parts of our website may require you to register and provide personal data. By doing this, you agree that all data about is true, accurate, current and complete. You should endeavour to ensure that information is kept up-to-date after registration.
You will not use services which require registration or the submission of personal data if you are under 13-years-old.
Competitions and Giveaways
Any competition or giveaway run by us will be subject to the specific entry conditions stated on the entry page as well as these general competition terms of entry:
Eligible entrants must answer the qualifying question correctly.
If you are under the age of 16, permission from a parent or guardian must be provided before your prize can be shipped.
Limited to one free entry per person.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
Entry requires entrants to answer a skill-based question. Unless stated otherwise, competitions are limited to one entry per person through the primary root of entry, which is free of charge. However, where stated entrants may purchase additional entries. Free and paid for entries are treated in the same way and have an equal chance of winning.
In the event that the winner cannot be contacted for a period of more than 30 days the offer of the prize maybe retracted and another winner selected.
Termination
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to our services without prior notification if you violate this agreement or use the service in a manner that risks or causes potential legal action against us. In such cases, you will lose access to the courses and all related materials, regardless of any monies paid. No refunds will be provided.
In the event of such a violation, we also reserve the right to remove any previously published accreditation and replace the relevant public page with a note reflecting the nature of the dispute.
Disclaimer
We shall use our reasonable endeavours to make available to you at all times the server and the services but we shall not, in any event, be liable for interruptions of service or down time of the server. We do not guarantee that our services will always be timely, secure or free from bugs, viruses, errors and omissions. We reserve the right to suspend any services as a whole at any point without prior notice to our users. Use of any services offered by us is at you own risk. We can offer no guarantees as to its completeness or accuracy. We are not responsible for the content of external websites.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable to you for any loss of business, contracts, profits or anticipated savings or for any other indirect or consequential or economic loss whatsoever.
Mobile Service and Usage
There is no cost involved for using any of our mobile services or from viewing our web pages on a mobile device, but you should be aware of mobile data costs imposed by your mobile service provider. We are in no way liable for any data costs incurred for using our Service on a mobile device.
Changes to These Terms
To allow us to improve our services and to comply with changes to the law, we may occasionally need to make changes to these terms. It is recommend that you check these terms occasionally so that you are aware of changes. The date of the last revision is visible at the top of this page.
Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Definitions
"Services" means using our web pages or mobile web pages on our server (or a server operated by a third-party on our behalf), mobile applications or web applications and any other service or facility provided by us to you.
"Server" means the computer server equipment operated by us in connection with the provision of any service.
